Top Questions About My P90X Tracking Sheet

Here are some of the top questions I have been asked about my tracking sheet:

Q: How do I open the spreadsheet?  It says it’s password protected?

A: Yes, the spreadsheet is password protected, but you can still do everything you need in the sheet without the password.  All the password protection does is lock some of the cells in the spreadsheet to not allow people to strip out the copyright information on the sheet.

All the cells that you need access to in order to use the sheet are unprotected.

Q: All I see is the fitness test screen.  How do I see the other pages?

All the spreadsheet pages are included in one single Excel file.  At the bottom of your Excel spreadsheet you will see different tabs for each section.

For example, there is a tab for “Calendar”, and one for “Yoga – X” etc.
