    Worry.

    I'm sure many have had those moments where your thoughts drift to a certain subject until it drives you nuts. Whether it be a worry, something in the future, maybe the past.
    I know I have.

    It can affect your sleep, your work, and basic daily activities. You might put it aside just to have some random experience start your mind in that vicious cycle all over again.

    In my experience, forms of meditation help, focusing on calming your thoughts and thinking of nothing. Or just throwing the thought away the moment it enters your mental focus immediately, the repetition of this eventually becomes common, and natural.

    Now sometimes it is good to worry, but not if its something you have no control over.
    I'm curious, how do you handle your worries?

    Exercise is a great way to handle your worries. It releases so much. Another great way is to talk to a good friend. Let your friend help you out with your troubles and give you some good heart to heart advice. And thirdly, have a great relationship with god. He will never give you any more than you can not handle.

    Whatever you do dont go down the road of medication like XANAX. You will get hooked on it and will make you even worse, I agree with angie the best way is to exercise it clears your head and makes you feel a whole lot better about yourself whilst getting fit.

    Gym membership or run around your local park is the best for worrying/stress..

    I know first hand medication is not the way to go unless you have a chemical imbalance which cant be corrected any other way.

    Just keep in the back of your mind life goes on and there are people a lot worse off.
