Should I Get TRX Suspension Training?
It was a sunny day here in Vancouver today, and as I was driving out to the store today I saw the beautiful blue skies with the mountains in the background.
My immediate thought was “Summer is always here!”
I love summer. It’s my favorite time of the year.
It is also the time of the year when I enjoy exercising the most. I just have so much more energy when the sun is out.
Anyway, I’ve been thinking about implementing some kind of more formal exercise routine.
I was thinking that maybe I’d try doing another round of P90X, or it’s little brother P90.
Both are good programs, but I’ve been thinking that maybe it’s time for something new / different.
I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about TRX Supension Training.
Actually I first heard about TRX about a week after I originally bought P90X, but I didn’t really look into it as I didn’t want to get defocused from my P90X training at that time.
What is TRX?

Should I Get TRX?
I’m curious to hear what you guys think about TRX. I’ve been thinking about possibly creating a series of progress report post like I did in the past with my P90X training or my weight loss competitions with Tyler Cruz and Dr. Nima.
Would you be interested in seeing that?
Do you think I should get it?
Have you tried it yourself?
Would you like to see my progress on this thing?
I’ve created a quick little poll that will only take you a few seconds to fill out. Tell me what you think:

Hey Paul, Todd from TRX here. Seems like people are leaning toward you getting it.
I, for one, would love to see videos and posts about TRX. Feel free to post them to our Facebook page as you go along.

And if you do buy one, contact me and I’ll send you a special gift to keep you going.
Hi Todd, I just picked up a TRX Force Kit.
I’ll blog about this soon.
Do you know the cost and is this something you can do at home? Do you follow a dvd? How much of a time commitment is it?
Yes, you do this at home OR outside. You can do it from home or even while travelling in a hotel room for example. The whole point of TRX is that you’ll be able to work out anywhere, any time with no additional equipment.
The time investment is totally up to you. There are many DVD’s available with different workouts. It can be 10mins, 20mins, 30mins, 60mins for each workout – totally up to you.
Check out http://www.paulymath.com/go/trx for other DVD’s they well. As a beginner I’d recommend the TRX Pro kit, as I realized the one I got is more targeting military. Of course anyone can use it, but it’s more intermediate/advanced, not beginner.
I just picked up trx force kit.
Nice! Have you had a chance to train with it yet?
Seems interesting to exercise with it. I hope many tummy exercises is waiting for me.
