Kajabi Platform Now Live

Written by Paul Piotrowski - Thursday, October 14th, 2010

Finally!

I’ve been waiting for this day since the first time I clicked on the “Powered by Kajabi” link in Andy Jenkin’s Video Boss portal and saw that the spiffy membership site platform he was using was not some $50,000 custom made setup he had put together just for Video Boss.

I think I was probably like one of the first people to get on the Kajabi notification list and I kept checking out their site every few weeks to see if there was any progress.  I don’t know what it is about this platform, but just the idea of being able to launch a very sexy membership site like that without it costing me tens of thousands of dollars in setup just gets me excited.

I’m also coming from a slightly different perspective on this as well, since my background is in programming I know what it takes to build a membership portal like this.  Also, I’ve played with about a dozen different systems out there for setting up membership sites using different CRM’s like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and many others, and all kinds of add-ons, plug-ins, and other ding-dongs needed to make a membership site work.

I have finally figured out how to do it, and actually do have a fully functional membership site platform paid for and running, but honestly it still doesn’t work the way I want it to work.  Every module is built by someone else and they all somehow kind of work together, but it just feels like everything is duct-taped together and I don’t like that.

I really hope Kajabi works the way I am hoping it works so that it’s not such a hassle to setup membership sites.

For a limited time they are also doing a Free Trial.  Click on the image below to learn more:

  1. Hi Paul,

I just listened to the Kajabi intro video and even though it’s a more powerful program than I’m ready for, I recognize that it’s a great advancement in membership sites and more.

I’m looking forward to hearing your assessment and seeing how you use it.

Thanks for keeping us up to speed.

Looks like Kajabi is really good. I have read about Kajabi in a few blogs in the past few days… many websites are talking about them!
