Kajabi Finally Being Released
With all the big launches that have come out this year, one of the biggest products I’ve been waiting to be released has been Kajabi.
What is Kajabi?
Kajabi is the membership site platform that some of the biggest names in Internet marketing have been using to launch their huge launches this year, including the launch of Andy Jenkins’ Video Boss, John Reese’s Outsource Force and Frank Kern’s List Control.
In the past really they only way to put together a fully featured membership site was to piece together a dozen different software packages into one. I’ve played with half a dozen different types of membership site package combinations and it’s not really that much fun. You need a CMS platform to easily manage your content, for which you can use something like WordPress, Joomla or Drupal for example. Then you typically need some kind of member user management add-on, video hosting add-ons, payment processing add-ons, content drip add-ons, and that doesn’t even take into account affiliate management or sales funnel management.
The idea behind Kajabi is that it will handle all of that kind of stuff for you, eliminating the technology barrier behind putting together a membership site so that you can just focus on creating content and making money.
If Kajabi does what it promises to do, I believe it may do for membership sites what WordPress did for Blogs. I really think that a simplified solution like this could launch a whole new wave of entrepreneurs who make a lot of money online, who have previously been held back by the technology barrier of setting up money-making membership sites.
In the first video the Kajabi launch, Andy Jenkins explains exactly what Kajabi is.

What I Like About Kajabi
I first learned about Kajabi when I became a Video Boss student and was really impressed with the membership site platform that Andy Jenkins was using. I snooped around and found out that the software was called Kajabi but I couldn’t find any references to where I could buy it or how much it cost.
Then I found out that is because Kajabi hadn’t yet been released and there was only a waiting list you could get on to be notified when the software would be coming out. Since I’ve been doing a lot of research and testing of different membership site platforms I signed up for the notification list as I’m definitely interested in what this platform has to offer.
What I like about this platform is that it looks so clean from the customer’s point of view. I can only hope the administrative side of it is as good as the front-end part of it. Basically from the front-end, as a customer of several products that run on the Kajabi platform I think the platform makes the membership sites look like a million bucks. I can definitely see how using a platform like that can instantly boost the perceived value of any membership site you put together.
Everything in the platform looks really sleek and professional, and the fact that it’s been put together with the input of the world’s most successful Internet Marketers really makes me want it even more.
My only concern with the platform is that it looks so good, so I know they will be able to sell it for a high price which I hope isn’t the case. Although they haven’t released info on the pricing behind this product yet, I really hope they have some kind of tiered structure that allows us “small” guys to get in and use the platform and pay based on some kind of tiered structure based on the number of users we have or something like that.
Anyway, here’s a link to their first launch video:

I bet it’s gonna be in the $2000 range. It also seems like it has the same features as Traindom.com, but cooler marketing.
@Cassidy: Although I think it’s worth $2k for someone doing a launch I have the feeling they’re going to target the “little” guys and offer a much cheaper price tag. We’ll find out soon.
cost is always a big issue bro …..let us see …..how much we have to spare to get this
It sounds great. I hope they at least release a stripped down cheaper version for us little guys.
Saw the Video totally awesome, I’m thinking some kind of recurring price point wise in the range of 97 dollars at the lower end ramping up the cost depending on what kind of various package you might use.
