How to Lose Fat Naturally with No Exercise – Day 3
I’m now on Day 3 of my new plan to lose fat. I must say that the last three days have been really easy as far as following my diet.
I haven’t actually had time to prepare a list of groceries to go shopping with, so I’ve been mostly making food based on what we had in the fridge.
What I’ve Been Eating
I did pickup a couple of steaks though and made myself this salad a couple times:

As you can see I’ve lost 1.2 lbs so far in two days. Of course it’s way too early to calculate any kind of averages, but that does come out to about 0.6lbs/day.
When I’ve previously worked on losing weight I averaged about 0.4lbs of fat loss per day. We’ll see how things progress in the next few days.
There’s still a supplement I’m waiting for to come in which I think will help out, and I just started adding more fiber into my diet today so that should help as well.
