P90X – Day 52 – Kenpo X
I’m really enjoying “rest” week. Today was Kenpo X day, which is one of my favorite workouts. It’s fast, it’s fun, and the 60 minutes just goes by really quick and before you know it you’re done. That’s especially important when it’s 1am in the morning and you haven’t done your workout yet, hehe.
Not much more to report besides that. I had a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch and fish and chips for dinner.

I’m in my first week of P90x, and I’m looking forward towards Kenpo, it seems a lot of people like it.
