P90X – Day 51 – Core Synergistics

Today was a busy day so I didn’t actually get to start my workout until 2am in the morning.  I really need to find an earlier time to do the workouts as it’s not easy to be doing workouts at 2am.

Luckily, the Core Synergistics workout is not that hard compared to some of the other workouts in the program.  For lunch I had Sushi (California Roll + Assorted Tempura) and for dinner I had Spaghetti with Meat Sauce.
