P90X – Day 48 – Kenpo X
Did Kenpo X today at like 1:30am in the morning as I had a really busy day. It was a good workout, and I got a really good sweat from it. Probably burned a crapload of calories.
For food today I had a Filet-o-Fish at McDonalds for lunch and wings, veggies and chicken fingers at Red Robin for dinner. I’m definitely not following the P90X diet as far as removing crap from my diet right now, but I am trying to add in the nutrients that I need for now. Meaning, instead of not ordering the food I wanted for dinner, I ordered what I wanted but I got veggies to eat before hand.
