P90X – Day 47 – Legs and Back

Just a super quick entry for today.  I did my Legs and Back workout today really late, around 2am.  Instead of doing the Legs and Back first though, I did my Ab Ripper X routine first and then did the Legs and Back.

The Ab Ripper X is the hardest part after finishing an already exhausting workout so I wanted to get it done first.

For the legs and back, I also mixed it up and did all my Legs exercises in a row and then did my back exercises at the end.  Just something different I tried.

For food, I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and a steak dinner with fries and salad for dinner.  I don’t think I even came close to getting enough calories or nutrients today.  I need to pack protein bars with me more often.
