P90X – Day 45 – Biceps and Back

Today was officially the half-way point in the program.  Now, every day that I do a workout from here means I’m getting closer to the finish line.

I really liked today’s Bicep workout, as I’m always able to push myself pretty hard on these workouts and make those muscles burn.  The only thing that sucked was later on in the evening I went to the store to pickup some dog food and when I was carrying it in from the car I could really feel my biceps.  They were totally spent and felt like Jello.

The last few days I’ve really been feeling “Big”.  Meaning, I’m really starting to feel my muscles filling out and just feeling stronger.  I’m definitely not burning as much fat as I could be if I was totally following the P90X diet to the T, but I’m definitely feeling the strength improvements benefits already.
