P90X – Day 38 – Biceps and Back

Today’s workout went really well, even though I didn’t start it until 1am in the morning again.  I really like working on my Biceps.  It’s pretty easy to feel the burn in the biceps, without being totally exhausted body wise.

Ab Ripper X went fine as well.  I felt strong and energized.  Also, during the warm-up I was able to do Jumping Jacks without any problems.  I went slow at first, to make sure my knee was fine and it was if I didn’t just have an aching knee less than 24 hours ago.  Really cool.

For food, today I had a Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Noodle Soup at Swiss Chalet for lunch, and for dinner I had a Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Snap Peas.  Dinner was delicious.

Alright, now it’s time for my recovery drink, a bit of journaling and then time for some recovery sleep.
