P90X – Day 34 – Kenpo X
Because I didn’t want to be working out at 1am in the morning again, today I made sure I did my Kenpo X workout in the early afternoon. The workout went by really fast, especially since I really enjoy this particular workout.
As far as diet is concerned, today I took a step in the right direction by not eating and instead preparing my meals at home. Although the foods I ate weren’t exactly P90X Diet approved, it’s still a step in the right direction.
For lunch I had a toasted sandwich with ham and cheese, and for dinner my wife cooked an awesome roast beef dinner which consisted of nugget potatoes, roast beef, asparagus, snap peas and Yorkshire puddings. It was really good. A bit later on I found myself hungry again though and ended up having a couple of hot-dogs.
Besides this, nothing much to report for today except that I can’t believe it’s already been 5 weeks since I started on this program. Time is flying fast. Pretty soon I’ll be half way through the program!
