P90X – Day 33 – Legs and Back

Today was one of those days again where I didn’t actually start doing my work out until 1am in the morning.  Something really weird happened though. 

I though that by the time I reached my Ab Ripper X sequence at the end, I thought I was going to be exhausted since it was already 2am.  However, it was really weird because I had way more energy while doing my Ab workouts.  Either my Abs just got a lot stronger in the last two days or this antioxidant drink that I’m taking is really helping out. Very weird.

I was able to do the workout without any problems.  My tweaked knee from week 2 hasn’t returned, and when I was looking at my legs yesterday they are looking way more muscular than before.  I am starting to see muscle definition and they are starting to turn hard as a rock.  The layer of fat over top has also been significantly diminishing.  As far as difference, I think my legs and my biceps are the two parts of my body where I can see the biggest difference so far.

I think it’s because they have the least amount of fat covering them.

As far as diet, I had a couple of leftover pizza slices from the day before for lunch, and a Mediterranean Pasta with Shrimp dish from Tony Roma’s for dinner.  I know, my diet sucks right now.
