P90X – Day 32 – Yoga X
Today was a busy day for me. I actually didn’t end up starting my Yoga X workout until 1:00am in the morning. When I started this program I made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t miss any workouts no matter what, so I’m sticking to that. It definitely wasn’t easy to do Yoga X at 1am in the morning, but whatever – it’s done now and I feel great.
As far as food today, I had Sushi – California Rolls and Assorted Tempura, and for dinner I ended up going out to Pizza Hut and having salad, wings and a couple of slices of pizza.
I’ve been so busy the this whole week that I haven’t been home or had time to prepare my meals. I need to find some way to squeeze in healthy meals during my busy schedule.
I found an absolutely amazing, anti-oxidant rich fruit drink that I’ve started taking this week to help make sure that I’m feeding my body all the nutrients it needs to stay strong and healthy, especially with the added strain this extreme P90X workout is putting on my body. If anyone’s interested, shoot me an email and I’ll give you more details.
Well, it’s time for me to go get some sleep.

Hi Paul,
I read all of your blog yesterday night, it was interesting to do so, maybe you should reread it all yourself.
One thing that stood out was an early post when you went out for a meal and though it was late you still calculated the calories.
As soon as you stopped this, the meals of yours seemed to change to more junk food.
Then you stopped taking pictures and the diet has become secondary.
I’d recommend that you start taking pictures are recording all the calories again on the blog; hopefully that will hope you with the health eating
Deano
Oh yeah, other than that well done keep up the good work
@Deano: You’re absolutely right. I stopped taking pictures because I started going out more and I don’t want to be carrying my Canon Rebel SLR with me when I go to a restaurant to take pictures of my food. As for Calorie counting, when I was eating everything at home it was easy to count Calories even if I had one meal here or there at a restaurant. However, now that I’ve been eating out more often all of my meals are “out” and it’s very difficult to gauge the calorie content of the food because I don’t always go to big brand restaurants. For example when I go to the Sushi place, it’s just a local place and there is no Calorie information about their foods available. I could estimate based on other restaurants but it’s not very accurate. Also, I’ve been eating my food at these restaurants in a weird way – leaving stuff that’s bad on the plate. For example, lets say I order a certain type of Salad from Red Robin, and on the Internet I find that it’s 1,200 calories. Well, the reason it’s that many calories is because it comes with two pieces of cheese toast. However, I don’t eat these. I my also pick out the white-bread croutons etc.
Or I’ll have a Salmon Burger and only eat half of the bun, etc. This makes it hard to estimate what the calories are.
I realize these are excuses, and the real issue is that I need to put together a grocery list for the new Phase II of the diet, and then go out grocery shopping and buy all the stuff I need and then start preparing my own meals where I know exactly what I”m eating and how many calories are in it.
