P90X Progress Report (Day 30)
As some of you may remember, 31 days ago I started doing the P90X Extreme Home Fitness program. I track my progress of that on my other Blog FitnessHealthAndHealing.com for anyone interested in fitness and health.
Today I posted my 30 day pics and stats if anyone’s interested in checking them out.
If you haven’t seen my “Before” pics before, I must warn you that it’s not a pretty sight. I’m not responsible for any temporary or permanent blindness.
For anyone wondering how doing this workout and diet has affected my business side of things, since the workout and diet take up a good portion of time per day, I would have to say that even though I have to invest time into my health, I think it’s paying off already. Meaning, I have way more energy and any time I invest into this program, I think I get back with dividends in improved focus, mental clarity, confidence and energy levels.
Anyway, I just wanted to mention that as some of you may be wondering how I’m doing with the program.

Good stuff. I started to work out on a regular base last year in April and I see the same improvements in regards more energy, just feeling better, sleeping better, losing unwanted lbs, and and and. I mainly run though – went from 2 miles per workout to around 7 miles in 57 minutes at the peak (now averaging 5-6 miles + weights). Keep it up.
@Chris: Good stuff! 7 miles in 57mins is fast man. When I was running last year I was doing 2 miles in 45mins, hehehe.
