P90X – Day 30 – Plyometrics

So, today was a milestone day.  I made it to Day 30 of the program.  Yaay!

I woke up this morning and my whole upper body was sore.  That means yesterday was a good workout!

Today’s workout was Plyometrics.  I didn’t end up staring my workout until 8:45pm because I was super busy all day with a little projects I’m working on.  The Plyo workout went pretty well, it definitely wasn’t as hard as the first time I did Plyometrics.

As far as diet goes, it was a mixture of good and bad.  I had toast for breakfast, Sushi for lunch, chicken breast in a tomato sauce with pasta for dinner, my recovery drink, and a protein bar.

I’m still behind on getting organized for my diet this week.

    Congratulations Paul on kicking it for 30 days. 1/3 down and you now have a good start. How do you feel from day one? More stamina? More energy? Thinner?
