P90X – Day 24 – Kenpo X

Today was Kenpo X day again.  I really like this workout.  It’s fun, it goes by real quick and I burned over 700 calories.

For breakfast today I just had some Oatmeal with Blueberries.  For a late lunch today my wife and I made this meal below.  It’s a Tenderloin Steak, with Snap Peas and Asparagus on Basmati Rice and Prawns.  It was really good and I was definitely full after eating that.

A bit later on in the evening I got hungry again so I pulled out some of the stuff I had in the fridge and made this sandwich.  The meat is Low Fat Turkey.  It’s the first time I’ve tried it and it tastes really good.  I had it with some sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and some mozzarella cheese on a dark rye bread.  It was a really good tasting sandwich.

My second order of Beach Body supplements also came in today and I ordered the Mocha flavored Protein Bars from them to try them out.  I tried one and it tastes pretty good.  I think I still like the Peanut Butter flavored ones the best, but this would be my second choice for sure.

My nutritional stats for today are:

Calories: 2182
Fat: 54 grams
Carbs: 258 grams
Protein:  165 grams
