@Melissa: It's pretty good. I've been eating regular bacon all my life and just started using Turkey Bacon when I started doing P90X because that is what they call for in their nutritional guide. To me it tastes just as good as regular bacon. When you cook it, not as much fatty grease comes pouring out and it gets crispier faster. The regular bacon they had at the store that I was comparing the Turkey Bacon to had almost double the calories and way more fat, so the Turkey Bacon was an easy choice.

Best thing to do is just buy one package and try it out to see if you like it. If you do, you can save yourself a lot of calories, especially calories from fat by switching to it and it tastes very similar to regular bacon. I would go as far as saying that it actually tastes better than most regular bacon I've tried.

Good job on your progress! I've been following along with your progress and food photos. Out of curiosity, what do you think of the turkey bacon? I saw some at the store the other day but was hesitant to purchase it...
