P90X – Day 16 – Plyometrics

I was very excited to see that I was able to do the Plyometrics workout today and I didn’t have any problems with my knee.  Last week during Plyometrics I tweaked my knee and I didn’t know if I was going to be able to do the workout this week without re-injuring it again, but it went fine with no problems so I’m happy.

Breakfast

For breakfast today I had a Protein Shake made using the Beach Body Chocolate Whey Powder and it tasted really good.  Normally I mix in some berries and a banana, but today I decided to skip the berries and just do the banana and I think I liked it better.

Lunch

For lunch I made a Salmon Stir-Fry which tasted really good.  I especially liked putting he cashews into it this time.  They added a crunchy side to the meal and it tasted great.

Dinner

For dinner, I made some grilled chicken breasts, some brown rice and some baked asparagus.  I really hope I never get bored of this chicken because it tastes so good.

My nutritional stats for today are:

Calories: 1991
Fat: 18 grams
Carbs: 273 grams
Protein:  189 grams
