P90X – Day 13 – Kenpo X
Today’s workout went really well. Kenpo X is a really fun cardio workout. It goes by really fast and according to my heart rate monitor I burned 790 calories during the workout.
For meals, I started off with a protein shake for breakfast but I didn’t really like it to be honest. It didn’t taste bad, but I just don’t think I like drinking fruit smoothies first thing in the morning. I think I’m going to try to stick to solid foods for breakfast instead of shakes or smoothies.
Here’s what I had for meals today:
Breakfast – Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana Protein Shake
Lunch – Tuna Salad Wrap and Organic Creamy Tomato Soup
Dinner – Garden Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast
My nutritional stats for today are:
Calories: 2076
Fat: 42g
Carbs: 286g
Protein: 147g
