P90X – Day 11 – Yoga X
Well, today was Yoga X day again. This time the workout was a lot more bearable since I knew that things get much better at the 45minute mark. Last week I was really struggling with this workout because it’s 90 minutes long and 30 minutes into it I was already bagged, and just thinking about having to keep going for another 60 minutes after that was not something I was too thrilled about.
Of course now I know that there is a distinct change of pace at the 45minute mark in this workout and things get a lot more relaxed so today I pushed myself even harder during the first 45minutes knowing that there is rest up ahead.
