The past two years have seen a lot of change on my side and now that the dust has settled, I want to grow roots here, grow my business and find some stability. I follow your blog with great interest and thank you for your valuable insights ... I am sure this is not the last time our paths will cross. What a great theme! I am really impressed with the honesty you conveyed in this post. I too am looking to be more healthier this year. I like how your number one focus is health. Often times this is put on hold. While this isn't a terrible thing many of the benefits of truly being healthy are often missed out. Lets make 2009 a great year :) Fantastic post Paul!
