The past two years have seen a lot of change on my side and now that the dust has settled, I want to grow roots here, grow my business and find some stability.

I follow your blog with great interest and thank you for your valuable insights ... I am sure this is not the last time our paths will cross.</description>

I too am looking to be more healthier this year. I like how your number one focus is health. Often times this is put on hold. While this isn&#039;t a terrible thing many of the benefits of truly being healthy are often missed out.
