@Dan Grossman: I’m going to use the “Use What Works” philosophy with my Affiliate Marketing. One of the “advantages” I think I may have entering the Affiliate space is that I have the ability to produce a lot of good quality content on topics that I’m interested in.

Some of the sites that I’ve seen put together by a lot of affiliate marketers are very thin, and provide very little value to Internet users. I’d prefer to focus my efforts on building sites that deliver value. Researching, finding or writing good quality content which helps people make informed decisions is not hard for me. On this Blog alone I’ve written over 150,000 words of content so far.

Not to say that words always = value, but I think you know what I mean. Lets just say I’m not allergic to work or providing value like some others might be out there.

So my first question is, now that you’ve decided to try affiliate marketing… are you going to be just like the rest, following the book crowd, setting up one page landing sites and maybe a few “plug in” systems… or will you be like the few who add value to the web, driving sales to affiliate programs by pairing them with great content sites that attract people interested in that kind of product?

Cool dude, I know it’s gonna be cool…and I do like the idea of having the same look. I instantly knew it was you…I agree about a new mascot, but something very similar. Maybe the same guy in a different setting or action.
