		<description>Paul these are great posts! I&#039;ve tried this technique before and continue to use it. It keeps me honest and on track - I can avoid distractions away from what is really important. I think it&#039;s crucial that ones personal mission statement is referred to constantly and indeed adapted if necessary; that last bit is key as the only person who is going to hold me accountable for its delivery is myself.</description>
