We used to have a really good Boston Pizza by our old house and then they got a new manager and everything went down hill from there. I stopped eating at Boston Pizza altogether because of it. Then I moved and the Boston Pizza here is way better. Same food, same menu, but much better management and it's fun to go and eat there again. I really don't think that owners of restaurants like that have any clue just how important it is to have a competent manager.
