The concepts themselves are not very revolutionary, and you can find these kinds of AdSense tips for free all over the Internet, but the eBook just puts it all in one place and tells you what works and why. For me, it was more about understanding WHY things work so that then I could tweak my site. Keep in mind that my tweaks might not necessarily work for your site because you could be making totally different mistakes than I am, but generally speaking the color, location and size of your ads is a big thing, as well as implementing a way to track things so that you know what works and what doesn't.
