Faith is the Starting Point of All Accumulation of Riches

Thoughts, in and of themselves, stripped of any emotion are relatively powerless to bring about riches into our lives. Just having a thought of “Yeah, I’d like to be rich…” without the emotional power of Faith attached to that thought will NOT be sufficient to bring about the creation of riches in your life. To be able to make significant increases to the amount of money you make and to build long term wealth, you MUST master the ability to use FAITH as a force in your life.

Your thoughts, combined together with Faith, produce a certain type of vibrational thought packet which gets picked up by the subconscious mind. 99.99% of all other thoughts are filtered out by your subconscious mind as irrelevant. You may be thinking “I want to make more money.” but your subconscious mind hears “(silence)” UNTIL you learn to energize those thoughts with the emotion of Faith. Once you to take a thought and energize it with faith, that thought now has energy and it is now heard by the subconscious mind which then translates that thought into its spiritual equivalent and instantly sends it to and gets a response from Infinite Intelligence.

This is the only way to directly communicate with your subconscious mind and Infinite Intelligence. Here’s the good news; faith is a state of mind that you can develop at will through the application of certain principles. In his timeless classic,”Think and Grow Rich”, Napoleon Hill says:

“Repetition of affirmation of orders to your subconscious mind is the only known method of voluntary development of the emotion of faith.”

Notice that he labels faith as an emotion and he states that repetition of affirmation is required, not just affirmation.

Napoleon Hill further states:

“Faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches…Faith is the only known antidote for failure…and…Faith is the only agency through which the cosmic force of Infinite Intelligence can be harnessed and used by man.”

Faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches. It is not everything, it is not the only thing you need to master, but it is the starting point. The sad truth is that the majority of those who embark on the path of accumulating riches and living an inspired life fail to get off the ground because they fail to harness the power of this invisible force called Faith.

We must study this force, we must harness it and we must use it deliberately if we are to make money doing what we love. Our desire to be wealthy must be there, and we must be committed, but it is through the addition of faith that we will produce the results that we want.

Some people will try to approach the problem from the point of view of taking action. They will try to “work through” the problem of poverty, by “being busy” and “working hard”. That does NOT work. The world is filled with hard working people who have failed to become wealthy, not because of the circumstances impressed upon them, but because of their ignorance to certain wealth building principles. Others will try to approach the problem from the point of view of wishing to be rich. They will try to “think positive” and “dream big” but that is where their plans end. That does NOT work either. There are countless well-wishers I’ve met that are one day planning to “start a business” or “be rich” or “make lots of money” etc. Taking action without Faith, doesn’t work. Wishing for something without having the Faith that you will get it, doesn’t work either.

When multi-millionaire Andrew Carnegie revealed his success formula to Napoleon Hill, he also asked him to research, interview and study 500 other extremely wealthy individuals to extract a formula for how they built their wealth. It was through this relentless study that Napoleon Hill learned that in all cases Faith was the starting point of the accumulation of their riches.

So, today I just want you to ask yourself a question. Think about something that you want. Since this blog is about making money doing what you love, I want you to ask yourself “Do I have absolute FAITH that I can make money doing what I love?”

I would venture a guess that the answer to that question for you is probably a “No, not yet.”, am I right?

If so, don’t worry too much. This is what we’re going to be addressing in my next posts, as it seems rather pointless to talk about anything else if Faith is THE starting point of ALL riches, right?

Why not send them a quick email and let them know about it. They might love it, or they might ignore it. Where they go with it is irrelevant to you. The trick is that by you having Faith that this article could help them if the timing is right, it automatically suggests to your subconscious mind that this article could help YOU. If you decide not to for whatever reason, that’s totally fine as well, but I do want you to think about why you don’t do it as you wait for the next article. There is something to be learned either way.
